MEET AND LEARN FROM A CREATOR YOU ADMIRE.

VidCon will be hosting hour-long Creator Chats with a variety of Featured Creators. These sessions will give 12 – 15 attendees the chance to chat face-to-face with some of the best and brightest of the online video world and ask them questions about anything and everything related to online video. It’s a low-key, laid-back opportunity for attendees to gain valuable insight, perspective, and tips from Featured Creators.

The Creator Chat Lottery will open 1 – 2 months prior to VidCon London 2020. Those who purchase eligible tickets before or during the lottery are able to enter.

The Creator Chats are exclusively available to Creator Track, Student Creator Track, Industry Track, and Industry Student Track ticket holders. Community Track and Single-day ticket holders are NOT eligible to participate in this lottery or enter Creator Chat sessions.

When the lottery opens, eligible attendees will be able to fill out a form that lists participating Featured Creators and rate each on a 0 – 5 scale based on the attendee’s level of interest in each creator. This is not a first-come, first-served lottery; you can take your time submitting your responses as long as your entry is submitted by the final deadline. When the lottery closes, our system will work its magic and assign sessions to attendees. We will email everyone who receives a Creator Chat with their results and additional details about the session.

Entering the Creator Chat Lottery is the only way to participate in a Creator Chat at VidCon. Spaces are limited, and therefore not everyone will receive a session. All lottery results are final!

CHAPERONE POLICY

If you are a chaperone (18 years or older) of a child who received a Creator Chat and you would like to accompany them to their session, you will be permitted to enter the session room as long as you have purchased a Creator or Industry Track ticket.

ATTENDING YOUR CREATOR CHAT

If you received a Creator Chat, you will be able to check in to the session room with the room monitor at the date and time listed in your results.
