Julia Jelenkowski studied Psychology and Philosophy at the University of Bonn in Germany. Along the way she completed her training as a journalist at the RTL Journalistenschule at Europe's biggest broadcaster in Cologne. First Julia worked as a reporter and author for several TV formats until she moved as a psychologist for content-related aspects to RTL's online division in 2018.

They got the TV shows on social media platforms and started to improve them through psychological insights. Emojis, editing, and storytelling in videos were adapted to online needs.
