Ben Francis (Founder & Chief Marketing Officer - Gymshark)

Ben Francis started Gymshark in 2012 when he was just 19 years old, balancing his time between his start-up business, working as a pizza delivery driver, and his study at Aston University, Birmingham.

Gymshark has grown from a screen printing operation in a garage, into one of the fastest growing and most recognisable brands in fitness. This growth comes from a devotion to producing innovative, effective performance wear and an ever-expanding social presence, and above all a commitment to the Gymshark vision: Be a Visionary

As the business has grown, Ben made the decision to step down as CEO, to allow him to continue to focus on the things that have always set Gymshark apart - innovative design, creative content and consumer first thinking.
